Brava! Awards
Our owner, Lorena Streb, was honored with a Brava! Award, and also selected twice to receive the prestigious Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award, recognizing outstanding business leaders in MD, VA, and DC. Nominees were judged based on business success, community service, and customer relationships. Our amazing team of professionals has also received the Quantum Leap Award for the Mid Atlantic Region, and been distinguished with a Complaint-Free Award every year we have been in business.

Lorena Streb was selected to receive the prestigious Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award, 2009. This program is designed to acknowledge and pay tribute to outstanding women and minority business owners in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
The Top 100 MBE awards were created to recognize those enterprising women and minority entrepreneurs that fuel this nation’s economy through their innovation, sacrifices, and dedication. These business owners are living their dreams and making significant contributions to their clients, professions, industries and communities.
Nominees were judged based on business success and contributions; professional affiliations, achievements and awards; community service; and customer relationships.

Desayuno Latino “Hispanic Businesses, The Audacity to Win!”
US Hispanic Youth Entrepreneur Education’s (USHYEE) Breakfast Networking Series at the Hyatt Regency focuses on providing a forum for professional Hispanics to hear from some of the region’s most influential business leaders. Lorena Streb, local owner of CertaPro Painters, was a featured panelist on November 17, 2009.
